  • reference sheets;

  • gore (except blood);

  • hate speech;

  • any underage characters in sexual context;

  • feral animals in sexual context;

  • most hard fetishes and kinks (except cum inflation, light hyper).

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

1. General terms

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • By commissioning NSFW art from me, customer confirm that they are 18 y.o.

  • I'm open for questions, so if anything is unclear to you please don't hesitate to send me a direct messege with your questions.

  • Breaching any of these conditions gives me the right to refuse any further work from customer.

  • I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

  • No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); I'm not interested in partaking in cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

2. Payment

Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.
I accept payment via Boosty or EasyStart.
On Boosty available payment via Paypal and bank card, but there may be some issues with the second one so the Paypal method is more convenient.
If customer live in Russia they can also use Sber, Tinkoff or Qiwi to pay.
Currency accepted is either USD or RUB.Commissions must be paid half in 3 days after you sent all references and described your wishes regarding the future drawing. I may start work in the first day, but only after receiveng full payment will finish the drawing.If customer don't responce to my messages at any process steps for 4-5 days I cancel the commission or restart the ych auction.For commissions with 100+ USD prices payment plan is available.
I don't use the same plan for each big commission because everything is individual for each customer, so I'm always open for questions and discussions.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

Commissions on Boosty can't be refunded!!Besides Boosty commissions, refunds can be requested at any time except shading/rendering steps. If the commission is canceled during the actual working process, refunds will be calculated depending on the progress step:

  • first sketch(-s) without edits - full refund;

  • sketch with edits done - 90% of the price can be refunded;

  • lining - 60%;

In case if I can't finish the commission I will refund full amount of money.

4. Process

The time it takes to finish your commission varies 1 week - 1 month depending on factors such as order of commission, health or family issues, the complexity of the commissioned piece.
I will notify customer if I need more time.Every commission types will receive a sketch for approval.
WIPs (work in progress) will be sent if I have any questions about the piece. On a similar note, please feel free to inform me of any changes you would like me to make during the process. Ask initially if you
would like to get additional WIP any time.After commission is finished customer will get a full resolution picture of thier character(-s) without watermark and a web-version of the art with watermark. Customer may upload only the web-version of art.
I don't mind printing my art for personal usage so let me know beforehand and I will draw your art in 300 dpi.

5. Revisions

The fee for adding new details or changes is also calculates depending on the progress and on type of changes:

  • small edits, such as: add a little detail/item, change colors of some small pieces and etc., can be added for free;

  • average edits, such as: a strong palette change, adding large objects to the background, filling/changing the pattern or texture on some objects, will cost 20%;

  • big edits, such as: changing the background, adding the new character or heavy change of their pose or location on drawing will cost 50% of the price;

All edits during sketch step are free.If I illustrate your character(-s) wrong and it shows up in the references I will fix it with no extra fee.

6. Copyright & Usage Policy

  • All art done, including any and all commissions, is copyrighted by me. Conmercial use of my artwork is not allowed.

  • Neither customer nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product. Customer is not allowed to claim my art as their own, even in the case of a paid commission.

  • Customer may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels. Credits to me or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

  • All characters on my commission art belongs to their owners.

  • Customer is responsible for the original character they provided. So if customer gave me for YCH or commission a stolen character I don't have any resposibility for it and will cancel the commission and this customer will be blacklisted.

  • By agreeing with ToS cutomer confirm having all rights to this character or permission from owner to use this character.
